So what are my stories about?

Well just about anything...

I primarily draw upon the world's deep well of mythologies, legends and traditional folk tales -

handed down by countless generations.

I recount true historical events, including epic feats of survival and exploration.

And with a little audience help, I sometimes make up stories on the hoof, which can end up being the most badass yarns of them all...

My own personal adventures and experiences

Which include:

- Walking the length of the Pyrenees

- Walking Hadrian's Wall

- Walking Offa's Dyke Way

- Storytelling in Kenya

- A year living in the Falklands Islands

- And more...

Where do I tell my stories?

Well just about anywhere!

- Schools (both primary and secondary)

- Festivals

- Museums

- Health care settings

- Private/corporate events & parties

The benefits and skills that can be gained from oral storytelling in school settings are many and invaluable. My performances and workshops encourage creativity, improve confidence, strengthen social and communication skills and are of course always fun!

For school visits I can tailor my performances/workshops to enhance learning in any topic being covered in the curriculum
